Acceptance and Eligibility
By using DriveFix website or mobile apps, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use paid features.
Accounts and Responsibilities
- Keep account credentials secure and accurate.
- Do not use DriveFix for unlawful, unsafe, or abusive conduct.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account. Trial and pricing terms are shown before purchase. Billing disputes and refunds are handled according to platform rules.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service.
- Do not upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
- Do not interfere with service operation or security controls.
Safety First
DriveFix provides informational guidance only and is not a substitute for certified mechanic inspection, diagnosis, or repair. You are solely responsible for your actions, vehicle handling, and use of tools. Always follow manufacturer procedures and safety precautions. For high-risk conditions (including brakes, airbags, fuel leaks, smoke/fire, electrical hazards, and lifting vehicle), seek professional service immediately.
No Warranties; AS IS
DRIVEFIX IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIVEFIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC REPAIR DECISION.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge vehicle diagnosis and repair activities can cause property damage, injury, or death. You assume all risk from using DriveFix content, including use of tools, parts, lifting procedures, and decisions to drive or not drive a vehicle.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveFix and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for vehicle damage, injury, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. If liability is imposed despite this limitation, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to DriveFix in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Release and Indemnification
You agree to release, defend, and indemnify DriveFix from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your repair decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content
DriveFix branding, software, and content are owned by DriveFix or licensors. Third-party links, videos, and other external resources are provided for convenience and remain governed by their own terms.
Termination, Changes, and Governing Terms
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. We may update these Terms by posting revised versions with new effective dates. Arbitration, governing law, and venue terms should be added with jurisdiction-specific legal counsel before production launch.
