Account Deletion
Delete your DriveFix account and associated data.
In-app deletion (recommended)
- Open the DriveFix app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
Email request
If you cannot access the app, email delete@drivefix.app from your account email with subject "Account Deletion Request". We may request verification before processing.
- Target processing time: within 7 business days.
- Certain billing, legal, or fraud-prevention records may be retained as required by law.
- Subscription cancellation must still be completed through App Store or Google Play.
